It is about 20-30 minutes by car to all the major shopping centers (BangLumpoo, MBK, Siam Center and Discovery, Central World, China Town and Pahoorat). One can also take a boat trip (to avoid traffic jam) at Phan Fa Pier, which is 1-2 minutes walk away from the Hotel, off board at Pratunam Pier and continue with the sky train to Chatuchak Market (Sunday Market) or off board at Asoke Pier and continue with underground train to Sirikit Convention Center and many other places in Bangkok.

To be adventurous, one can on board the boat at Phan Fa Pier, about 1-2 minutes walk from hotel and off board at Pratunam Pier, walk about 10-15 minutes, then take the Sky Train near the World Trade Center or MBK to Chatuchak (about 15 minute).
