The hotel's Level 2 is dedicated to meetings and banquets, with a ballroom and nine multifunction rooms that can accommodate from 12 to 1300 guests in a variety of room configurations. All rooms feature the latest state-of-the-art audio-visual system, portable stage, broadband high-speed Internet access and LCD projector. On-site audio-visual experts are available.
The versatile, pillarless ballroom with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows can be equally divided into two sections. The ballroom is our largest single space and can be used in conjunction with the Foyer pre-function space to provide an impressive setting for either meetings or banquets. The room measures 1120 square metres and can accommodate up to 1300 guests reception style, 1300 theatre style, 750 classroom style, 960 banquet style and 180 boardroom style.
Conference Room 1
Located to the right of the Crowne Ballroom are Conference Rooms 1 and 2. These multifunction rooms have a separate foyer and 'main entrance'. Measuring 255 square metres, it can accommodate up to 200 guests reception style, 250 theatre style, 120 classroom style, 180 banquet style and 60 boardroom style.
Conference Room 2
Next to Conference Room 1, this room has a separate foyer and 'main entrance' and accommodates up to 18 guests boardroom style.
Conference Rooms 3 to 9
Located to the left of the Crowne Ballroom, with separate entrance, foyer and close access to the Business Centre, these rooms can ideally serve as breakout rooms for a larger event, or as venues for smaller meetings or lunches in their own right.
Conference Rooms 3 and 4
With close access to the Business Centre, these two rooms are of a similar design. Conference Room 3 can accommodate up to 24 guests boardroom style while Conference Room 4 can accommodate 24 round table style.
Conference Room 5
This room can accommodate up to 60 guests reception style, 70 theatre style, 25 classroom style, 24 banquet style and 20 boardroom style.
Conference Rooms 6 and 7
With a similar design and the same size, these two rooms can accommodate up to 12 guests boardroom style.
Conference Rooms 8 and 9Outside Catering and Themed Events
Measuring 50 square metres each, these two rooms are 10 square metres bigger than Conference Rooms 6 and 7, and can accommodate up to 12 guests boardroom style, but with park views from the window.
Outside catering at the Great Wall of China can be arranged, with special shows and for varied lengths of time.
Themed events include 'Black & White', 'The 1960s', 'Jazz It Up', 'Ming Dynasty', 'Around Asia' and 'Beijing Hutong'
