Room and Accommodation

AccommodationAccommodationAccommodation

Our rooms have been designed to evoke the artistic sensibilities of The Picasso’s design philosophy.  Working from the palette of Picasso, interior designer Tina Periquet-Galicia used a different color for each floor and brought these inside the rooms in different contrasting and harmonious combinations.

Carrying the artistic inspiration further, she used the structure of a frame to set off specific areas in the room and extended the windows from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall to offer you a grand view of the city.  All our rooms are fitted with a kitchenette and basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

ART CABINET @ THE PICASSO

We are located on the third floor and our gallery hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Revel in Filipino contemporary art at the Art Cabinet at The Picasso, our in-house art gallery. Devoted to nurturing fresh ideas and concepts through different media, curator Art Cabinet Philippines is proud to present new and daring visual artists offering fresh inpiration.

Deriving its name from a cabinet of curiosities, assemblies of artifacts and specimens that inspire learning and awe, Art Cabinet Philippines adapted the term to promote contemporary Filipino visual art because it illustrates the varied ideas, materials, techniques, and forms applied by contemporary Filipino visual artists in creating art.

Art Cabinet envisions the participation of contemporary Filipino visual artists in critical exhibitions and interactions, and their achievement of international artistic acclaim. To this end, the gallery will work with visual artists to explore new concepts and ideas about art-making, to enable them to articulate these through unique forms and various media, and to expose these articulations to as wide an audience as possible.

As a way of contributing to the meaningful growth of the visual art scene, Art Cabinet Philippines highly values every visual artist we collaborate with. Not only do we continue to seek, develop and nurture artistic talent, but we also aim to educate individual and institutional collectors on their body of works, as a way of enabling them to truly appreciate the visual artist.

We are proud and excited to work hand in hand with The Picasso as pioneers in promoting contemporary Philippine visual art experiences through art appreciation programs and innovative exhibits through our gallery and also as curator for all the art expressions exhibited in the building.

BRASSERIE BOHEME

Brasserie Boheme is located on the ground floor and is open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet is served from 6:00am to 10:00am. Celebrate the good life at the Brasserie Boheme, a restaurant inspired by the carefree artists' hangouts of Paris in the 1920's but with modern sensitivities.

Harking back to the era fondly remembered in France as la Belle Epoque, the Brasserie Boheme offers a sumptuous mix of French, Continental, Spanish and Filipino cuisine with its own unique twists, many of the dishes featuring products from their own organic farm in Cebu, all in a light and upscale atmosphere conducive to fellowship and festivity.

Brasserie Boheme's menu is a gastronomic tour of Europe in itself, as head chef Robert Lilja traces the roots and branches of French cuisine as it diffused through the royal courts from Venice to Scandinavia to even Russia. With a creativity inspired by a deep knowledge of his cuisine's history, Lilja finds exciting new ways to blend tradition with personal flair for a unique dining experience.

Expect to find a selection ranging from steaks, classic fruits de mer, English meat pies and sausages, Royal Danish open face sandwiches, and delightful new takes on Hispano-Filipino cuisine like Caldebaca with Goose Liver Terrine, Laing with Truffle Oil, and Lechon Kawali with Strawberry and Balsamic Reduction sauce. Spanish classics like Callos, Fabada, and Pablo Picasso's favorite dish, Paella, are also available. For a perfect pairing, Brasserie Boheme also boasts one of the most comprehensive French wine lists in the Philippines.

Brasserie Boheme also has a deli counter, and in addition to delicatessen, offers its own blends of coffee and tea. All sausages, venison, marmalades and jams served at Brasserie Boheme come from their organic farm.
