Kozan Teppan-yaki

Kozan’s interiors echo the minimalist aesthetics of a classical Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, with an unconventional architectural design, giving it a modern edge.In Japan, “teppan” is the large iron hotplate on which food is prepared, and “yaki” refers to the fare that has been grilled, hence the term Teppanyaki.
