The restaurant derives its name from the royal "Chinese crimson", a color which is said to appeal to the appetite. The menu offers traditional Cantonese cuisine, a selection of dim-sum which are our chef's pride, and a variety of Chinese small- course meals based on a new style of Chinese cooking known as Nouvelle Chinois. On Tuesdays and Fridays, a sophisticated dim -sum buffet is also offered.

Makie(French)

Sophisticated, authentic French cuisine based on the freshest seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a wine from among our wide selection, carefully chosen for you by our in-house sommelier.

Karuta(Japanese)

A relaxed, quiet atmosphere away from the noise of the city awaits you at Karuta, where you can enjoy views of our Japanese garden while dining on a variety of authentic Japanese dishes.

Sugoroku(Sushi)

This sushi bar is located adjacent to our Japanese restaurant, Karuta. Using only the freshest ingredients, the sushi served at Sugoroku offers an authentic taste of traditional "Edomae" style sushi at its finest.

Cafe de Kapitein(Coffee House)

The cafe offers a warm, stylish interior featuring deep wood tones, with fusion cuisine incorporating Asian accents. At lunch, enjoy our always popular lunch buffet.

Mimosa Lounge

This lounge is located just off the lobby, a perfect meeting spot. Rich coffee selections and our own sweets, made in house, make this the ideal place for an elegant afternoon teatime.

Patisserie Les Halles

"Les Halles," named for the central market in Paris, is indeed a market of freshly prepared delights, from our hand-baked breads, selection of deli items, to our wide variety of pastries and sweets. Enjoy the flavors of our skilled chefs right in your own home.

Main Bar Ice House

Our main bar takes its name from the title of a work by one of America's foremost modernist painters, Andrew Wyeth, which is displayed in the bar. Enjoy a cocktail or two in the sophisticated atmosphere of the Ice House.
